1) Orders

Open My Orders

2) Delivery & Tracking

You’ll be taken to Order Tracking. If unavailable, check your My Orders page.

3) Refunds

  • Before prep: cancel for a full refund.
  • After prep/driver assigned: a reasonable cancellation fee may apply.
  • Quality/missing/non-delivery: we’ll refund, credit or redeliver.

4) Account & Login

  • Reset your password from the login page.
  • Update phone/email in profile settings.
  • Close your account by contacting support.

5) Payments

  • We support cards and instant EFT (region-dependent).
  • Refunds go to the original method where possible.
  • Tips go to drivers (less payment costs where applicable).

  • Apply or check requirements on Become a driver.
  • Weekly payouts to verified bank accounts.

9) App & Technical

  • Hard refresh, clear cache, or try another browser.
  • Allow location for accurate delivery ETAs.
  • Still stuck? Report below with screenshots.

10) Report an issue / Request a refund

Don’t include full card numbers or passwords.
