Become a Delivery Driver

1) Basic requirements

• 18+ with South African ID or valid work permit.
• Valid driver’s licence (vehicle/bike/scooter) or roadworthy bicycle for pedal deliveries.
• Smartphone (Android/iOS) with data + GPS.
• Roadworthy vehicle/bike/scooter; thermal bag for food safety.
• Clear communication and customer service.
• Bank account in your name for payouts.

2) Documents you’ll need

• SA ID/passport & permit (photo/scan).
• Driver’s licence (or bicycle ID if pedal).
• Vehicle/bike details; disc/registration (if applicable).
• Proof of address (last 3 months).
• Bank statement or confirmation letter (last 3 months).
• Profile photo (front-facing, no sunglasses).

We verify identity and right-to-work. Data handled under POPIA.

3) How it works

• Go online in the app to receive nearby delivery offers.
• Accept, navigate to the restaurant, verify order, deliver to customer.
• See earnings per job; get weekly payouts.

• Per-order earnings typically include base + distance/time + promotions + tips.
• Transparent breakdown shown before/after each delivery.
• Weekly payouts to your verified bank account.
